Quality System
All our raw materials are sampled tested and on approval unloaded and stacked with an identification mark. Production plan is given to the concerned persons with written instructions. Quality control is monitored on line, in each and every stage of production by our Quality control Supervisors.
Testing Equipments
We have an in house testing laboratory housing various testing equipments such as the B.S Tester to check the Bursting strength of paper, Edge Crush Machine to check the flute strength. We also have machines to test moisture content, solid content and grammage of paper.
Delivery
We commit ourselves in strictly adhering to the delivery schedule provided by our customers, and ensure on-time each time. Besides, we are also extremely flexible in providing urgent orders or catering to any changes that may occur in the delivery schedule at any point in time even at short notice.
Environment
We are a zero-discharge manufacturing unit, and all of our materials are recyclable. We do not use any sorts of plastic at our facility.
Statutory Requirements
We abide with all rules and regulations of Central and State Govt., which is applicable to SSI units.
